Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled PCB Layout Engineer specializing in analog and high-voltage circuit design to join a medium-sized manufacturer of surface analysis instruments in Berlin (offering 50% remote flexibility). The core responsibilities involve the design, commissioning, and testing of complex analog electronic circuits, including critical high-voltage components. A significant part of the job is performing detailed PCB layout for mixed-signal designs, strictly adhering to high-voltage safety requirements like creepage, clearance distances, insulation, and EMC standards. You will collaborate closely with R&D, validate devices in demanding environments, and support optimization during production ramp-up. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in analog-focused PCB layout (using tools like Altium or Eagle), and a strong interest or background in reliable high-voltage layouts and insulation concepts.
