This role seeks an experienced Process Engineer to manage and optimize manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on the reduction and batch production of high-performance materials. The core responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring the process capability of existing powder and batch manufacturing processes (MPPR), driving the continuous development of current technologies, and expanding data-driven process management and control. The ideal candidate will continuously identify optimization potential within the department and implement these improvements through OPEX projects. Qualifications include a degree (potentially PhD) in Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Materials Science, coupled with professional experience and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
