Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive installation, maintenance, and administration of customer IT environments, encompassing clients, servers, networking, and security systems. The Service Technician will actively consult with clients and implement Infotech Cloud solutions utilizing both Microsoft and Linux technologies. A core part of the job includes providing direct customer support, both on-site and via remote maintenance. Candidates should possess a completed technical vocational education (such as HTL or IT apprenticeship) and strong enthusiasm for information technologies. Essential technical knowledge includes Microsoft client and server management, as well as networking and firewall expertise, ideally complemented by experience with cloud environments. This position offers a full-time, permanent contract with flexible working hours and home office options.
