This Postdoctoral Researcher role focuses on materials science within the IFuEL UAP 5.4 project, demanding a strong background in physics, plasma physics, chemistry, or mineralogy. The core responsibility involves advanced research, specifically utilizing and interpreting powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction data for crystal structure analysis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and communication skills, particularly in English, to effectively collaborate within a large, multidisciplinary team of scientists. While experience analyzing Plasma Facing Materials (PFM) exposed to fusion environments (magnetic or inertial) is highly desirable, the role requires active scientific contribution to PFM research.
