This role seeks a proactive Lead Engineer to manage and oversee technical activities within high-voltage substation and switchgear projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution, ensuring strict adherence to technical regulations, quality assurance (QA), and timeline compliance. A key aspect involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and intensive client interaction, interpreting complex requirements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will also review technical deliverables, initiate necessary corrective measures, and conduct thorough testing for performance verification. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, significant professional experience in the energy sector, and specific expertise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes for high-voltage systems, particularly within the renewable (wind/solar) or conventional power generation sectors. Strong project management capabilities and excellent German communication skills are essential for success.
