This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role involves strategically overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, from developing job profiles with departments to managing internal and external job postings and active sourcing. The successful candidate will advise on selection procedures, optimize processes, and handle offer processes and contract negotiations, focusing on enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience. Key responsibilities include leveraging and developing tools like Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn, along with data-driven process optimization and trend observation. The position requires collaboration with national and international HR teams and participation in People & Culture projects, offering an attractive, permanent full-time position within an expanding engineering and IT service provider.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (ideally Master's) in Economics, Psychology, or Law
Experience
- Several years of experience in recruiting or HR consulting
- Proven practical knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law
- Experience with e-recruiting systems (e.g., Workday)
- Experience in change management processes
- Project management experience in an international context
