Job Summary

This pivotal role as Head of Facility Management involves actively shaping and managing the technical infrastructure, high-tech laboratories, production areas, and modern office environments across three sites in Greifswald. The successful candidate will lead and develop the in-house technical team (currently four employees), overseeing all technical systems including ventilation, climate control, and building technology. Key responsibilities include ensuring rapid fault detection and resolution, planning and executing maintenance and repair measures, and managing external service providers and tenders (VOB, VgV). The role requires a hands-on approach, strong technical expertise in HVAC and building automation systems, and a commitment to optimizing efficiency and sustainability.
