Job Summary
This specialist role focuses on managing the technical and infrastructural aspects of facility management for a foundation dedicated to supporting individuals with visual impairments. A core responsibility involves leading the project management for implementing a centralized locking system and key management software, including designing the necessary organizational processes. Following implementation, the incumbent will support the technical systems and serve as the Product Owner for the new software solution. Day-to-day tasks also include controlling, monitoring, and meticulously documenting all maintenance, inspection, and operator obligations, such as DGUV 3 checks. Candidates must possess a degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or a related technical field (such as HVAC or Electrical trades). This position requires strong project management skills, experience with software implementation, and proficiency with MS365, offering a meaningful and responsible career opportunity within the social sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration - Service Management, or Facility Management. Alternatively, completed technical training or degree in the HLSE trades (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, Electrical).
