Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced ERP Process and System Integration Specialist to join the Operational Excellence Team, acting as the critical link between ERP systems, subsystems, and various departments. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless process flow, maintaining high data quality, and continuously optimizing IT solutions within the cycling industry. Daily tasks include owning inventory and stock data, managing and optimizing system interfaces (using EDI, IDox, and APIs), and driving end-to-end requirements management across the entire value chain—from production through distribution. Candidates need an academic background in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with 5-7 years of deep experience in the ERP environment and process integration. This permanent position offers the chance to significantly shape the system landscape and contribute to the modernization of the used bike market.
