Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Architect to drive the architectural vision and transformation initiatives within the critical Foundation Layer domain. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of highly modern Developer, Cloud, and Data Platforms designed for a demanding Hybrid-Cloud and Platform Engineering strategy. Day-to-day tasks involve designing and evaluating architectures focusing on efficiency, scalability, security, and innovation, coordinating 'Make or Buy' decisions, and ensuring sustainable integrations between various products. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Informatics or Engineering, several years of experience with large-scale Hyperscaler or Private Cloud platforms, and deep familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling. You will be expected to communicate complex IT matters clearly to both executive management and technical engineering teams, actively shaping the core technical foundation that enables hundreds of business IT engineering teams.
