This role seeks a solution-oriented Electronics Technician or Electrical Engineer to serve as the central Process Expert for electronics manufacturing, specializing in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT) assembly. The core responsibilities involve analyzing, optimizing, and documenting manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical consultation to production teams, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 quality standards, and solving complex technical challenges across departments (including work preparation, quality, and development). The ideal candidate possesses deep SMT/THT knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous process improvement in a dynamic environment focused on customized small-batch electronics solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training, ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Certified Technician (Techniker)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience with profound SMT/THT knowledge
- Deep understanding of production processes
- Experience in ensuring quality standards (ideally IPC-A-610)
