Job Summary

The ELT Group Deutschland, specializing in system integration of sensors and developing test and training solutions in Electronic Warfare, is seeking three Electrical Design Engineers to join their team near Bonn. In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive development documentation, including circuit diagrams and block diagrams, and implementing hardware/software functions based on the system architecture. A key part of the job involves conducting laboratory and system testing of developed hardware units, supporting manufacturing processes, and meticulously documenting problems, root causes, and solutions. To succeed, you should have a degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field, along with experience in electrical design using EPLAN, ideally within the Defence, Security, or Space sectors. Basic experience with the V-Model (or similar system engineering approaches like INCOSE) and TIA (PLC) is also required, ensuring you contribute actively to future-oriented solutions within an agile, international environment.
