Job Summary

This role is for an IT System Technician to provide essential IT support for industrial companies in the Munich area. Day-to-day tasks involve installing and configuring client workstations, performing hardware relocations (disassembly, assembly, cabling), repairing desktops, notebooks, and printers, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. The technician will also resolve service calls in the client environment and provide on-site support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training or comparable experience, initial professional experience in a Microsoft environment, and good knowledge of Windows 10 and hardware, as well as LAN/WLAN.
