Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary technical contact for customers regarding electrical issues related to sophisticated paper processing machinery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and resolving incoming service requests through a ticketing system, often collaborating closely with internal departments such as design, automation, and mechanics. A key function is performing independent remote services, including fault analysis, parameter checks, and software adjustments. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical and process engineering, ideally supplemented by experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and Sinamics drive technology. The position requires an analytical and reliable working style, proficiency in MS Office, good English skills, and a willingness to undertake occasional worldwide travel to provide crucial on-site customer support.
