Key responsibilities include preparing, conducting, and documenting experiments and analyses under controlled laboratory conditions, evaluating new and alternative raw materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, particularly concerning hazardous substances. The role also involves actively assisting the Quality Control team, collaborating on process improvements, and developing new procedures within the quality and development laboratories.
