Job Summary

This Junior Energy Management Consultant role offers the opportunity to actively shape the digital energy transition by working at the intersection of energy, environment, IT, and automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the implementation and optimization of software-supported Energy and Environmental Management Systems (EnMS / UMS) compliant with DIN ISO 50001, ISO 14001, or EMAS standards. You will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and visualizing energy and environmental data from various sources—including machines, sensors, and buildings—and integrating IoT data into management systems. The role requires creating reports, dashboards, and optimization concepts, and supporting audits and funding projects. Ideal candidates hold a degree in a technical field like Electrical Engineering or Environmental Technology, possess enthusiasm for digitalization and data analysis, and will benefit from direct, personal mentoring from experienced team members. While the initial qualification phase requires on-site presence in Gunzenhausen for knowledge transfer, the role offers flexible hours and increasing remote work possibilities thereafter.
