Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the precision and compliance of manufactured components, primarily welded assemblies. The role involves rigorous evaluation and precise documentation of non-destructive testing (NDT) results, focusing on Visual Testing (VT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), strictly adhering to relevant technical norms and regulations. Key responsibilities include performing detailed geometric measurements, conducting comprehensive quality checks during final assembly—including coating inspections—and maintaining all required manufacturing documentation and test protocols. Ideal candidates must possess a completed technical education in a metal-related field (e.g., materials testing, welding, metal construction) and hold valid DIN EN 9712 Level 2 certifications for VT and UT. The role requires proficiency in reading steel construction drawings, good written and spoken German skills, and the physical capability to work at heights and participate in a 2-shift operation.
