Job Summary
This role involves working within the IT Service Center at Stuttgart Airport, contributing to the goal of making STR the most sustainable airport in Europe. The specialist will be responsible for the first- and second-level support of IT and communication systems, including handling user inquiries, incident resolution, and escalation according to the established incident process. Key duties include user and license management, administration of order management, and technical sales support for IT/telecommunication products and services. The ideal candidate must possess an IT-oriented education, strong customer service skills, and experience with SAP systems (PM, MM, SD) is highly desirable. This position requires active teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently within an ITIL-structured environment, offering an exciting and modern workplace at a major European airport.
