Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation for clients by analyzing existing analog business processes and developing comprehensive digital solutions, primarily leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from initial concept development and strategic planning to hands-on implementation, ensuring measurable added value for the customer. Key requirements include deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tools like Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and SharePoint, or profound knowledge of modern process management methodologies such as BPMN or Lean Management. The ideal candidate combines both technical M365 skills and strong process understanding, focusing on automation, optimization, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, goal-oriented client strategies.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree, relevant vocational training, and/or multi-year professional experience in the IT environment (advantageous)
Experience
- Foundational experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or in process management
- Professional experience in the digitization, automation, and optimization of business processes
- Multi-year professional experience in the IT environment (advantageous)
- Experience in project management from idea to implementation
