Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced IT professional to join the Studierendenwerk Osnabrück, a social service provider for over 30,000 students. The specialist will be crucial in maintaining and developing a modern, hybrid IT infrastructure, encompassing both On-Premise and Azure Cloud environments. Day-to-day tasks include providing First- and Second-Level support, administering the infrastructure (including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory), managing external service providers, and actively supporting departments in process optimization, including the integration of practical AI applications for efficiency. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possesses several years of professional experience in IT administration, and is eager to take on long-term responsibility with strategic thinking and hands-on engagement in a dynamic, digitally focused organization.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the administration of IT environments
- In-depth experience in system administration (including Windows, AD, networks)
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud environments, hybrid scenarios, and M365

- Must be willing to take on long-term responsibility and have a proactive approach. Initial contract is limited to two years under the Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act, with the aim of subsequent permanent employment.
