Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT Specialist for System Integration ready to join a market leader in composite materials, focusing on maintaining and evolving the company's complex IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the network architecture, maintaining local server and virtual systems, ensuring seamless IT operations through monitoring and backup/recovery, and providing essential First- and Second-Level support to end-users. A key focus will be on IT security and asset management, adhering to regulatory requirements like TISAX and GDPR, and actively participating in digitalization projects aimed at modernizing legacy systems into cloud-capable infrastructures. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant qualification, strong knowledge of network architectures, virtualization, Microsoft systems, and basic familiarity with Linux and SAP, coupled with good English skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in complex IT environments with a focus on Production IT (Operational Technology)
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure including network architecture and firewall systems
- Experience with virtualization and Microsoft systems
- Experience in IT asset and security management
Languages
Additional
- Familiarity with ISM standards (e.g., TISAX, NIS2) and data protection regulations is desirable.
