Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist based in Bonn, focusing on providing comprehensive service desk support. The individual will be responsible for managing customer inquiries from initial contact to resolution using ticketing systems, and coordinating incident and problem management with various stakeholders. A key aspect of the role involves proactive and confident communication with clients and internal teams to ensure service level agreements are met. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to the development of service management processes through documentation and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience in IT support, and familiarity with ITIL principles.
