Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Site Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on global supervisor activities for electrical assembly projects. The successful candidate will work independently at customer sites worldwide, managing and overseeing customer electricians involved in tasks ranging from cable routing construction to full electrical assembly, including connecting switchgear and wiring sensors/actuators. A key responsibility involves autonomous problem identification and requirement gathering from clients, coordinating closely with end-users, performing I/O checks, and handing over completed systems to the programmers. The position requires fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering, especially concerning systems with PLC controls, and the ability to confidently read and modify wiring diagrams. High willingness to travel and intermediate English skills are mandatory for this internationally focused role.
