Job Summary
This role involves managing the full application lifecycle for network planning applications and services within the energy sector. The IT Application Manager will be responsible for the coordination, quality assurance, and management of IT projects, including steering external service providers and internal development teams. A core focus is ensuring high operational security through effective Incident, Problem, and Change Management, working closely with IT Infrastructure and Security teams. Candidates must possess a degree in Informatics or a related field, coupled with professional experience in application management, particularly within energy sector applications. Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and application architecture is essential, alongside excellent written and spoken German and English skills, making this a pivotal role in maintaining critical operational systems.

Completed degree in Applied Informatics, Technical Informatics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in Application Management of energy sector applications
- Experience operating heterogeneous system environments
- Professional experience in IT project management and coordination
