This full-time, permanent position seeks a Process Engineer to oversee and optimize the operational steps within wastewater treatment and sewage sludge mono-incineration facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and transmitting operational data, managing shift personnel, and coordinating essential maintenance and cleaning activities. A critical component of the role is ensuring strict compliance with all applicable legal regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements, alongside conducting internal staff training. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical Technology, Process Engineering, or Environmental Engineering and possesses professional experience in wastewater treatment. Strong personnel leadership skills, proficiency with PC software, PLC, and process control systems, along with negotiation skills and self-reliance, are essential for success in this demanding and responsible role.
