Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated PLC Programmer and Automation Technology specialist to join a world-leading laminate manufacturer in Kaisersesch. The core responsibilities involve optimizing complex production plants by developing and implementing process improvements, conducting special automation projects, and performing detailed analyses of system weaknesses and damage potential. A critical daily task is troubleshooting and resolving faults in complex electrical and automated systems, providing essential technical support to the electronics and maintenance teams, including participation in on-call duty. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in electronics and automation, supplemented by a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, coupled with excellent practical experience in programming major PLC systems (Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R) and deep knowledge of drive technology (Siemens, Lenze, SEW).
