Job Summary
This role involves managing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure and telecommunications facilities for the Madinger group, ensuring seamless 24/7 operation. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive IT support to employees, performing installations and updates of hardware and software, and actively securing the network using appropriate firewall measures to ensure GDPR compliance. The administrator will also be involved in creating automated processes via scripting and contributing to IT projects focused on optimizing and developing the existing IT system landscape. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a relevant vocational qualification, professional experience in network and user support, and familiarity with technologies like Active Directory, Microsoft Cloud Services (Office365/Azure), and IT security applications. This is an attractive, permanent position offering flexible working hours and a supportive, flat organizational structure.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, completed university degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification. ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
