Job Summary

This role involves working within an interdisciplinary team at the Heilbronn Office, focusing on creating conditions for climate-neutral state buildings, ranging from parliamentary buildings to universities and monasteries. The successful candidate will be responsible for specialized planning and construction management tasks, acting as the client representative for construction measures in state properties within the Electrical and Conveyor Technology sector. Day-to-day tasks include managing power supply, classic installation technology (low-current, high-current, and information technology), and conveyor technology. You will also manage building maintenance, oversee external engineering firms, and provide technical consulting to state agencies, crucially implementing energy and climate protection concepts for state properties. This position offers a secure, permanent role with flexible working hours, serving the public good, and promoting independent, responsible work.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma Engineer, Bachelor, or Master) in Electrical Engineering or comparable field, OR a Technician qualification in the corresponding field
