Job Summary

This role involves driving strategic development and execution within Technical Building Management, focusing particularly on energy efficiency and sustainability across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include electrical construction management, coordinating and supervising external contractors and general planners, ensuring technical and legal compliance (e.g., electrical inspections, charging infrastructure), and managing defect tracking. The specialist will also develop building-specific key performance indicators, control costs and budgets, and actively participate in the 'Real Estate Management Development' project, implementing new legal requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural Sciences or Technology, possesses interdisciplinary experience in construction management, and demonstrates strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive change effectively. This position offers flexible working hours, up to three days of remote work per week, and structured onboarding.
