Job Summary
This role is ideal for a professional who can seamlessly integrate technical systems planning with a holistic energy assessment of buildings, encompassing both new construction and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will leverage their background in technical building equipment (TGA), building services, or supply engineering (as a planner, technician, master craftsman, or engineer) and ideally possess further qualifications as an Energy Consultant. Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on planning, project responsibility, and utilizing modern digital tools like CAD and BIM. Required Skills
Education
Degree or qualification in Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Building Services, or Supply Engineering (e.g., TGA Planner, Technician, Master Craftsman, Engineer). Further training as an Energy Consultant is desirable. Registration qualification for residential buildings is desirable.
