Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position seeks an IT Coordinator specializing in Windows Asset Management to support a client in the insurance sector, offering significant remote flexibility (based near Aachen). The core responsibilities involve meticulous process coordination, including managing and optimizing workflows for IT requests and incidents using tools like ServiceNow and Excel, and steering implementation across operational departments. A critical function is within Identity & Access Management, where you will act as the key control authority for high-level access rights (RBAC) and conduct essential risk analyses, requiring a strong governance mindset. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary interface for customers, handling complaints and incidents, and ensuring seamless information flow between technical teams and client needs. The ideal candidate must possess relevant vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration) or a university degree, coupled with initial professional experience, a solid understanding of Windows Server environments, and strong communication skills to mediate effectively.
