Job Summary
This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional eager to drive the digitalization of manufacturing processes using the proprietary 'weasl' worker assistance system. The Presales & Solutions Consultant acts as the key technical liaison, analyzing potential customer needs through discovery calls and workshops, and translating complex pain points into compelling technical solution concepts and ROI arguments. Day-to-day tasks include strategically supporting the sales team, conducting live demonstrations tailored to production, assembly, and quality assurance scenarios, and defining Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) with clear KPIs. Success requires a strong foundation in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with practical experience in Presales or Technical Consulting, and a deep technical understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and data integration (ERP/MES/CAQ). The position offers significant flexibility regarding working hours and location (office or home office), an attractive bonus structure, and the opportunity to work on exciting industrial projects across the DACH region.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science or Business Informatics
Experience
- Professional experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly, and quality assurance
- Experience with ERP, MES, or CAQ systems or Production IT (advantageous)
- Proficiency in handling demos, workshops, and presentations
