Job Summary
This role seeks a proactive Workflow Manager to drive the digitalization and automation of core business processes, specifically within the receivables management sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and monitoring workflows, ensuring continuous process improvement, and managing the roll-out of these solutions across various departments. Key responsibilities include testing, training stakeholders, overseeing system monitoring, and managing releases. Candidates must possess strong foundational experience in process and project management, including familiarity with agile methodologies. Technical skills in object-oriented programming (JavaScript and C#) and SQL databases are required, and knowledge of the specialized Ferber IKAROS software is highly desirable.
