Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role focuses on managing and maintaining the company's core IT infrastructure, encompassing server systems and network components. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive user support via various channels (on-site, remote, and telephone), performing the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows-based server and client systems, and continuous server monitoring. A key function of this position is the conception and execution of complex IT projects, alongside necessary hardware repair for PCs and servers.
