Join a leading global provider in the food processing industry, PROBAT, as an IT Support Specialist responsible for managing global 1st and 2nd level support operations. In this role, you will be the primary contact via the internal helpdesk and IT hotline, focusing on the acceptance, processing, and documentation of support tickets. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues, assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of diverse IT systems, and coordinating closely with external IT service providers. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, professional experience in IT support, and strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office applications, and networking technologies.
