Job Summary
Join an interdisciplinary team focused on developing personalized product recommendations for the company's online shop, app, and newsletter marketing channels. This role involves actively supporting the visualization and communication of the product strategy, continuously refining solutions through idea workshops and user surveys, and contributing to active project development. The ideal candidate is currently studying fields like Business Informatics or Digital Media, possesses advanced knowledge of IT Product Management tools (Office 365, Confluence, Jira), and ideally has initial experience in innovation management and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). You will work independently in a hybrid environment, contributing up to 20 hours per week, helping to develop software that delights users and shapes the future of personalized customer services.
Required Skills
Education
University studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Digital Media, or a comparable degree program
Experience
- Initial experience or prior knowledge in Innovation Management
- Initial experience or prior knowledge in IT Consulting
- Initial experience or prior knowledge in IT Project/Product Management
- Experience working in interdisciplinary and agile development teams
Languages
Additional
- Maximum 20 working hours per week during the semester; willingness to work predominantly remotely but ideally be present at the company headquarters once per week.
