Job Summary

This role requires an Electronics Technician to assume technical leadership for a specific device family within tactical radio communication, managing it across the entire manufacturing and service lifecycle. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary technical contact, performing electronic testing and quality control during pre-testing, assembly, and final testing stages. A critical component of the job is initiating, coordinating, and tracking corrective actions for quality and production deviations in close collaboration with engineering teams. The successful candidate must actively contribute to the analysis and optimization of production processes, demonstrating deep knowledge of Lean Production principles. Qualifications include a completed electronics apprenticeship followed by a Technician certification, proficiency in SAP, and good English skills for handling technical documentation.
