Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Large-Scale Projects at BAUER, you will lead and manage projects exceeding 5 million Euros, overseeing the entire order processing lifecycle. Your responsibilities include participating in contract negotiations, preparing offers in collaboration with estimators, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers. You will also be responsible for personnel deployment planning for both in-house and external staff, ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and health protection standards. This role requires a solution-oriented approach, strong leadership skills, and a high degree of customer orientation, ensuring successful project execution from planning to commissioning and acceptance.
