This role is central to driving the digital transformation of customer service processes and support channels for a global technology and knowledge provider. The Process Expert will be responsible for analyzing procedural requirements, supporting the implementation, introduction, and continuous development of customer-oriented support tools, ideally including Salesforce Service or comparable systems. Day-to-day tasks involve taking responsibility for change processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, and aligning strategic and operational goals for new processes in cooperation with national and international IT and business partners. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or a related field, detailed knowledge of customer service processes, and experience with modern technologies like mobile applications, Cloud Services, and digitalization efforts. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in IT, such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable vocational qualification with relevant professional experience
