Job Summary
This is a crucial, part-time (30 hours/week) position as part of a two-person executive team managing the Diakonisches Werk in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district, a recognized provider of youth welfare and ambulatory support services. The Managing Director will focus heavily on the business and administrative aspects of the organization, including internal and external representation, efficient steering of projects, finances, and processes, and continuous optimization of operational procedures, economic planning, and quality management. Candidates must bring a completed degree in business or administrative economics, or relevant commercial training combined with significant experience in household and financial affairs, alongside proven leadership skills, ideally within the social sector.
