Job Summary
This role seeks an IT Service Desk Engineer responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations by managing support tickets and resolving issues both remotely and on-site. Daily duties include troubleshooting system failures, maintaining technical infrastructure such as desktops, laptops, and printers, and actively contributing to the ongoing development of the IT infrastructure and regional IT projects. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist, and brings initial experience in a service desk environment. Strong technical knowledge in Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP) and Office 365 is essential. This position is attractive for professionals who are team-oriented, communicative, and ready to take initiative in a dynamic IT environment, requiring fluency in both German and English.
