This is an opportunity to join a dynamic IT service provider as a Junior Service Desk Agent, supporting clients in their digital projects on a fixed-term contract basis. The core mission involves maintaining 7x24 User Help Desk availability, handling high volumes of telephone and written customer contact, and logging incoming incidents. Daily tasks require performing initial resolutions according to guidelines, executing remote troubleshooting for software and system issues, and ensuring qualified forwarding to second-level support units. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and solid foundational IT knowledge, including proficiency with MS Office.
