Job Summary
Hanna Instruments, a global leader in electro-analytical measuring instruments, is seeking two Technical Support Specialists to join their team in Germany. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, handling inquiries via email and phone. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the repair and calibration of technical devices, generating quotes and calculations in collaboration with the sales team, and meticulously documenting all customer interactions for efficient follow-up. Occasionally, you will also assist in the warehouse. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in technical support, proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, and demonstrates strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
