Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in plant construction, focusing on developing and realizing high-quality production systems for the glass processing industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive planning, design, and project management of electrical systems and machinery, alongside creating detailed circuit diagrams, schematics, and parts lists. The engineer will be crucial in developing automation concepts, performing PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal), and conducting commissioning both in-house and at customer sites. A key aspect is technical coordination with mechanical design, project management, customers, and suppliers. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, multi-year professional experience in special machine or plant construction, and expertise in CAE systems like EPLAN P8, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (VDE, IEC).
