Job Summary

This role involves the autonomous leadership and coordination of electrical construction sites, specifically focusing on low-voltage systems within the steel/electric furnace sector (up to 36 KV). The Master Electrician/Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and controlling installation and assembly work, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance to internal and external personnel, coordinating with project management, clients, planners, and other trades, and strictly enforcing occupational safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrical qualification (Master, Foreman, HTL, or equivalent), profound knowledge of low-voltage systems, and proven professional experience in site management, ideally within infrastructure. Strong leadership, assertiveness, and fluent German language skills are essential for success in this demanding coordination role.
