Job Summary

This role involves the crucial administration of user rights and accounts for over 21,000 users, utilizing specialized Identity Management (IDM) tools. The technician will be responsible for managing user accounts and permissions across various applications and systems, ensuring strict adherence to internal security and compliance standards. Daily tasks include implementing customer requirements and acting as the central interface between external manufacturers, internal specialists, and customers. This position is ideal for a proactive, security-conscious professional with broad foundational IT knowledge and excellent organizational skills who thrives in managing complex systems and coordinating stakeholder needs. You will be expected to attend nationwide IDM coordination meetings four times a year.
