The successful candidate will drive the new development and refinement of products, components, and process technology, focusing heavily on Requirement Engineering with a customer focus. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and detailing technical design concepts, checking for patentability, and acting as the technical lead for approving materials and processes before handover to production. This position requires a Master’s or PhD in Process Engineering or Technical Chemistry, coupled with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical development or research. Candidates must possess strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in project and process management.
