Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Metrology Technician specializing in Geometry and 3D Measurement Technology, supporting a leading development partner in the automotive and technology sectors. The core responsibilities involve preparing and executing complex metrological test series using 3D measurement systems and geometric measuring devices for engine, powertrain, and vehicle components. Day-to-day tasks include operating and programming 3D measurement hardware and software, evaluating results, performing troubleshooting, and managing data within defined IT systems. The ideal candidate must possess several years of conceptual and operational experience in geometric metrology, particularly 3D measurement, coupled with a strong understanding of measurement and testing equipment used in powertrain and vehicle development.
