This is a key leadership role as Head of Division for Technical Operations within the Municipal Building Management in Bonn. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for steering and developing the division, ensuring the legal compliance, economic viability, and sustainability of all technical systems and facilities. Day-to-day tasks involve planning and managing maintenance and repair measures for municipal buildings, ensuring quality assurance, and upholding all relevant safety and legal standards (e.g., VOB/A, TrinkwV, BetrSichV).
