Job Summary
The Tech Analyst for the Customer Service Data Platform (CSDP) will be crucial in ensuring data quality, reporting capability, and reliable process automation within the DKB's central data platform for non-financial customer service KPIs. Day-to-day, the role involves translating complex business requirements into clear technical solutions, including user stories, data mappings, specifications, and tests. A core responsibility is performing SQL-based data quality checks and building automated regression tests using Python and SQL. The analyst will also analyze data flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure new data sources are integrated cleanly, performantly, and scalably. This position requires strong analytical skills, a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach, and collaboration with BI teams, Data Engineers, and business units to drive standards for quality, documentation, and transparency, making it an attractive role for professionals focused on data integrity and process optimization.

Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Informatics, or comparable training/qualification
Experience
